Ever since the dawn of man on this earth he has searched for one thing that would bring him fame and glory. No not the riches of gold or silver, no not even diamonds. They would pale at this thing man needs to find. The smartest man in the world may not have to have the answer at the tip of his tong all he needs is the knowledge of where to find the answer. In an ever-expanding world of Knowledge, man has built places to the saving knowledge and the progress of saving the written word to share man's knowledge with the world so that that knowledge could be expanded to better himself.

I have at the touch of my keyboard more knowledge than the library of Alexander and more power to find answers than any of the ancients could have imagined possible. Our generation has seen more tech knowledge and the advancement of communication and the dispensing of Knowledge grew as fast as we grew up. The mantra of my generation was to change the world for the better.

I think in many ways I think we have. The more we do the more we need to do. As knowledge grows we find more wrong with the world and more we need to correct! For every action, there must be an opposite equal reaction. This is just one of the laws that man has found to help guide him as he uses his knowledge to engineer the further and his knowledge. Just think of a question that only a genius would know and ask your computer within a second it will give you the answer. We have the world of knowledge that man has searched for all these years and it alluded to him, till now. The age of knowledge has only just begun for us and I’m sorry I won't be here to see how it progresses. I still believe in Books as a viable distribution system for learning, as I love the hands-on approach. Reading on a computer is so impersonal that it misses something that touches the soul, but that will be gone someday to some-other media.

There is just something about the ownership of the Knowledge that is in the pages of a book or being able to visit with the characters that entertained you anytime you like to. Keep your knowledge in good shape so that further. People can share things in life that you know or like. The books you own say a lot about you and the need to improve yourself or prove your beliefs and thoughts. I love Books, I love Knowledge. I just wish it was easier to obtain it and less expensive! But just think what a good book would have cost when it had to be hand-scribed by monks for days. So I won't complain. I have started a quest to obtain my Diploma and a degree which might be a feudal quest because of my age but I want it!

It will probably take me a long time as I’m not as young as I use to be. If anyone has any suggestions please feel free to let me know. I have no idea what I’m in for and It is an adventure I hope to complete!
